Product DescriptionPlastic drawing machine uses polypropylene, high density ethylene as raw material, after heating, extrusion, section, stretch to form a yarn after winding for circular weaving machine.The drawing machine has been improved for many times and can be used to draw flat, round and network film yarn with 100% recycled, powder or granular materials.The screw and barrel of the extruder are made of 38CrMoAlA alloy steel.Reach the standard of extruder are 20 crmnti alloy steel manufacturing hardened gear reducer, chain wheel is made of 45 # medium carbon steel after high frequency quenching treatment, drawing roller plating hard chromium, traction institutions increase control tension winding roller, extruder cylinder head, three links and grinding head with cast aluminum heating by heating circle, making machine to achieve the purpose of durability.
