Features:
1.The automatic bag stitching machine adopts continuous input type sewing machine to realize sewing and conveying synchronously. It is equipped with automatic thread cutting mechanism and broken thread warning device.
2.The equipment uses an electromagnetic clutch to control the operation and braking of the sewing machine, which is accurate in positioning and can avoid damage to the motor due to frequent starting.
3.The equipment automatically controls the pneumatic mechanism to realize the traction and cutting of the paper tape, the action is stable and reliable, and there is an alarm device for broken tape and missing tape.
4.The equipment adopts a microcomputer control system to precisely control the temperature of the heating mechanism to realize the heat sealing of the hot melt paper tape and make the bag mouth sealed reliably.
5.The equipment adopts photoelectric control, which can automatically and continuously complete the processes of folding, stitching, and trimming the kraft paper or plastic woven bag mouth. The height of the machine can be adjusted with the size of the bag, and it can be combined with an automatic quantitative weighing machine and a conveyor unit to synthesize an automatic production line.
